Shipping, Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING/ DELIVERY POLICY
- We deliver to cities and towns all over India via trusted courier services. We offer free shipping for sarees to be delivered within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.2000.
- Products are delivered within 14 working days inside India and 25 working days outside India, from the date of purchase.
- We ship to most countries overseas. The shipping rates are dynamic.
- Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. The shipping charges wherever applicable are based on basket size.
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
- Please note that billing address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
- Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, you can email your query to contact@niramneela.in. After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you can track the status of your purchased product.
- For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.
- Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India. Customer will be liable to customs charges in such cases.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Niram Neela believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
- Refund will be done within 7-10 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit/Debit/Net banking facility.
- Processing charges by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.
- In case Blouse stitching, fall /picot, Blouse detachment or tasseling has been done as per request of the customer, no cancellation or change is possible.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged, kindly email the customer care for return procedure within 24 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Niram Neela Team.
- Once the products are shipped, no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stand true.
- If the product is disliked by the customer, it is not eligible for exchange.
- The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
- Please ensure that sarees are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.
- Once the Niram Neela team decides to accept the request, It shall take a week’s time to refund or exchange.
- Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained.
PAYMENT POLICY
Our Payment gateways include Phonepe and Razorpay. Both gateways offer complete security in your payment transactions. Customers can pay through any of the cards/ UPI/ Net banking that are accepted by the above gateways. Any partial or full refunds in case of unavailability of the product will be credited back to the respective accounts through which we have received payments.
The price of the product mentioned in the website is final and we do not offer discounts of any nature.
Niram Neela is not responsible if any form of fraud occurs while you are making payments, as all transactions are done on the respective payment gateway partner’s website. However we do promise you to help in whatever way possible, in case you are facing difficulty while making payments.
Cash on delivery option is currently available on our website.
